Colocation Service

If you have rented at least half a cabinet from us — 20U, or half a rack — up to three access cards, or badges, are included. Using a personalized badge and PIN as well as biometric recognition via palm vein scanner, you can access your rack around the clock without having to contact us.

But even if you have only colocated individual servers with us, you can access your hardware at any time when accompanied by an Artfiles employee. This is also possible free of charge on weekdays — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays — between 09:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. for up to 30 minutes, provided you register at least 24 hours in advance and arrange an appointment. If it needs to be quicker or the visit is to take place outside the specified time window, the same rules apply as for hands-on support.
