You can view and configure all aspects of your account via our Domain Control Panel (DCP). Here, you have access to extensive configuration options and statistics for your domains, emails, databases, server instances and much more.
You can use our webmail interface to manage and, of course, send your emails directly in your browser. The interface can be used with any browser and includes its own address book and note function.
Our status page is hosted externally and allows you to check the current status of all Artfiles systems at any time. In the event of an outage or defect, the status is continuously updated on this page. We recommend saving the page as a bookmark. You can also subscribe to updates via RSS feed.
If you have any questions about us or our product ranges, simply send us a message via our contact page. We have also prepared the appropriate contact forms for quote requests. If you are already an Artfiles customer, we recommend submitting your request via the DCP.
You can easily view your public IP addresses and test your connection speed on our speed test page. We offer various options for this. If you encounter any problems, you can also simply send us your results by email.
