Even if most tasks for your servers can be handled online - at some point you may need a helping hand in the data center, whether for a hardware reset, a cable to be plugged in,a hard drive replacement or major modifications. And even if you can make an appointment with us to do this yourself in the colocation, you may not have the time. Whatever your reason may be - we will be happy to help you with our hands in the data center.

Emergency Support

This is especially true in an emergency: you can reach us around the clock via the emergency number. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) we are on site in the data center from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.(response time: maximum 45 minutes, but usually less than 15 minutes), outside this time our on-call service takes over (response time: maximum 2 hours, but usually less than 60 minutes).

What Does It Cost?

From Monday to Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays), Hands-On support is charged at: - €19.99 per 15-minute interval or part thereof Outside these hours (at night, on weekends) and on public holidays, the rate is: - €59.97 per 15-minute interval or part thereof Additional charges: At night, on weekends and public holidays, travel time to and from the site is charged at the same rate (max. 30 minutes each way).
