For each dedicated server, you receive remote access via KVM, a remote reset functionality and access to the DCP. In the DCP, you will find detailed traffic statistics and configuration options, for example for server monitoring, firewall functions, or our domain management tools.
In addition, the DCP gives you access to our ticket system, which you can use to communicate directly and transparently with our technical support, accounting or sales departments at any time.
Of course, you can also receive optional backup space for your server in our storage network.

Our support is available free of charge for all questions about your server, your contract and general technical topics. You can reach our technical support team – all trained IT specialists with many years of experience in the hosting sector – via our ticket system, by email or directly by phone. You speak directly with experienced system administrators, with no intermediaries.

Replacement Hardware & Fast Response Times

As even the best hardware can fail at some point, we always keep replacement hardware in stock. We do not rely solely on the warranty services of our suppliers, but make our own provisions. Extensions to your servers or other requests can usually also be implemented very promptly.
To ensure that we can respond quickly to issues at any time, we maintain a 24/7 technical emergency service. With a corresponding SLA, you will receive direct access to this on-call service via an emergency hotline.
