af.stack is billed per hour according to the resources used. You only ever pay for the resources that you actually use. In detail, these are:

• CPU cores
• RAM
• Volumes in gigabytes
• IPv4 addresses

You can view the costs incurred and resources used at any time in your DCP. The monthly basic fee for your af.stack account is fully offset against your consumption.

Your af.stack account is provided with rolling limits so that you can expand the resources you use each month within a wide range. However, if this limit is not sufficient, we can also extend it.

Of course, we also attach great importance to the seamless integration of af.stack into our existing services. If you already operate a rack or root server with us, or would like to use integration with an existing public cloud such as AWS or GCP, we can connect your af.stack account to these services individually at various levels. Our af.stack experts will be happy to advise you on this.

Our support is available to you free of charge for all questions regarding your af.stack account, your contract and also for general technical questions. You can reach our technical supporters, all of whom are trained computer scientists with many years of experience in the hosting sector, via our ticket system, by e-mail or directly by telephone. We do not have call centers or non-specialist employees.

In order to be able to respond quickly to problems at any time, we maintain a round-the-clock technical standby service. With a corresponding SLA, you will receive a direct line to this on-call service via an emergency number.

Even if you have very specific requirements or need special services, we are there for you. We are happy to support you with help and advice in the planning and implementation of your projects.
