Working at Artfiles

Our team currently consists of 22 employees. We work in flat hierarchies with direct communication and a collaborative environment built on trust and personal responsibility.

At Artfiles, we attach great importance to our team being on the same wavelength. We particularly value our employees for their personal responsibility, individuality (which does not stand in the way of their team spirit) and their extensive know-how. We also expect these qualities from anyone who wants to become part of the Artfiles team.

Where possible, we also offer flexible working hours and the option of working from home to accommodate the individual needs and circumstances of each person.
