Traffic-based billing (GB/TB per month) is our standard model for internet connectivity: all plans include a generous amount of included traffic that scales with the size of your account. Once your included volume has been fully used, any additional traffic is billed per GB. We can also tailor the included volume to suit your individual requirements.
Bandwidth by Mbit/s (95th Percentile)
For high-volume users — typically 100 Mbit/s or more — we offer a bandwidth-based billing model using the 95th percentile method. This means that, at the end of each month, the top 5% of all measured bandwidth usage values are excluded from billing; the highest remaining value is then used for invoicing.
You can monitor your usage in terms of both traffic and bandwidth at any time via your Domain Control Panel (DCP). You can also configure email notifications when a user-defined “soft limit” is reached. Switching between the two billing models is possible at any time. We will be happy to advise you on which billing model best suits your needs.
