Alternatively, you can also send your server to the data center if you cannot be there in person — we will be happy to install it for you.
If you have booked your own rack, we will arrange an appointment to create your access card for the data center and register your biometric data. You can then access your rack yourself at any time that suits you.
And don’t forget to cancel your account with your old service provider in good time.
