Once we have received your order, we will send you your network details and an installation date on site at the data center. Alternatively, you can also send us your server to the data center if you cannot be there in person - we will be happy to install it for you.
If you have booked your own cabinet, we will arrange an appointment to create your access authorization card for the data center in order to read in your biometric data. You can then access your locker yourself at any time that suits you.
And: Don't forget to cancel your account with your old service provider in good time.
