Overview

We operate several data center locations in and around Hamburg:

There is also an international location in Southern California, USA - managed by our subsidiary, Artfiles LLC.

Network connection

We have built a network ring across the three locations in the southeast of Hamburg W408, Lumen and W379, as well as a further ring across W408 and the Akquinet data centers. This enables us to realize almost any multi-site setup, from a single server to any other, according to your needs. The locations differ in their performance data and you can choose which focus you want to set.

Our network connection has multiple redundant links across all locations with various carriers and direct connections to DE-CIX and other peering points to ensure the best connection at all times.

Power supply, air conditioning and security

Redundant power supply, UPS and emergency power supply via generators are of course part of the offer. The air conditioning at all locations is also secured by standby reserve units and offers you the optimum conditions for your infrastructure.

Safety is a top priority: All locations have automated fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems as well as a sophisticated access system. In addition, all colocations are alarm-protected and entrances and traffic areas are monitored by cameras.

For projects with particularly strict requirements, we can also realize locations with ISO or TÜV certification. Several colocations are also powered by certified 100% renewable energy.
