The Artfiles rack servers offer all the possibilities of classic server hosting: from cost-effective single-processor systems to powerful multi-processor servers with SSD RAID and up to 1.5 TB of RAM, you can put together a system tailored to your requirements.
Especially if you need a large amount of local storage, we can offer you individual configurations with up to 224 terabytes at attractive prices.

We rely exclusively on branded hardware from Dell. Dell rack servers impress with their high-quality, robust build quality and the use of extensively tested components. All subsystems are perfectly matched and optimized for use in server racks.

To manage your rack server, the iDRAC system provides KVM access to your server as well as advanced management features. You can conveniently reset, stop and start your server via a web interface.
The DCP also provides you with statistics on traffic and power consumption at any time.

Your rack server also gives you access to our wide range of services. Our technicians are available up to 24 hours a day to resolve issues with your server. Of course, we always keep sufficient spare parts and even complete replacement servers in stock to get your systems back online as quickly as possible in the event of a hardware failure (on request for individual configurations). Upgrades to individual components are also possible at any time by arrangement.
Our technicians are available not only to help with hardware problems, but also with questions about software and configuration.

To provide our high-performance servers with the ideal environment, we have set up a network in Hamburg that offers optimal connections within our data center as well as a fast and highly available connection to the Internet at all times.
Your servers are connected at 1 Gbit/s as standard, but up to 100 Gbit/s is also possible on request. We can also set up a private VLAN for you on request, allowing you to exchange data between your servers cost-effectively.
Of course, you also have access to our other services, such as domain registration, backup and firewall services.
