Help for your hardware

Even if most things for your servers can be done online - at some point you will need a hand in the data center, be it for a hardware reset, a cable to be plugged in, a hard disk replacement or even major modifications. And even if you have 24/7 access to Artfiles colocation yourself (up to 3 badges are included for you from 20U rack space), you may not have the time to do things yourself. Whatever your reason may be - we are happy to help you with our hands in the data center.

Support in an emergency

This is especially true in an emergency: you can reach us around the clock via the emergency number. Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) we are directly on site in the colocation from 08-22:00 (response time: maximum 45 minutes, but usually less than 15 minutes), outside this time our on-call service takes over (response time: maximum 2 hours, but usually less than 60 minutes).

What does it cost?

From Monday to Friday from 09:00-22:00, hands-on support costs 19.99 euros per work unit (WU). One work unit corresponds to a quarter of an hour or part thereof. Outside these times and on public holidays, we charge 3 work units (59.97 euros) per quarter of an hour or part thereof. Outside our office hours (09:00-17:30) we charge a flat rate of 3 units (59.97 euros) for travel to and from the office. At night, at weekends and on public holidays as well as outside the extended office hours (09:00-22:00) the double rate will be charged (6 units).
