Help for Your Hardware

Even if most tasks for your servers can be handled online, at some point you may need a helping hand in the data center — whether for a hardware reset, plugging in a cable, replacing a hard drive, or even carrying out major modifications. And even if you have 24/7 access to Artfiles Colocation yourself — up to three badges are included from 20U of rack space — you may not always have the time to do things yourself. Whatever your reason may be, we are happy to support you with hands-on support in the data center.

Emergency Support

This is especially true in an emergency: you can reach us around the clock via the emergency number. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, we are directly on site in the colocation area from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Our response time is a maximum of 45 minutes, but usually less than 15 minutes. Outside these hours, our on-call service takes over, with a response time of a maximum of 2 hours, but usually less than 60 minutes.

What Are the Costs?

From Monday to Friday, from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., hands-on support costs €19.99 per work unit (WU). One work unit corresponds to 15 minutes or part thereof.

Outside these times and on public holidays, we charge 3 work units (€59.97) per 15 minutes or part thereof.

Outside regular office hours (09:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.), we charge a flat rate of 3 work units (€59.97) for travel to and from the office.
At night, at weekends, on public holidays, and outside extended office hours (09:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.), the double rate is charged (6 work units).
