af.stack combines the almost infinite configuration options of OpenStack with the simple operation and user-friendliness of the DCP. While the most important functions, such as creating and managing VMs, managing IP addresses, and controlling costs, are available in the DCP, advanced functions can also be assigned to these servers in parallel via the OpenStack API.
For example, you can simply create a new virtual server in the DCP and then assign additional network interfaces or additional virtual hard disks to it via the OpenStack interface Horizon. Alternatively, you can use OpenStack’s automation functions to create your own server templates and then manage the servers created in this way from the DCP. The possible applications are virtually unlimited.
