For Debian systems and other Linux distributions with standard packages, we can take over the installation of regular security updates. We can also set up a monitoring system that regularly checks your important services and agree with you on what action we should take in the event of an error. The type of support can be customized; together, we will check what is feasible and appropriate.

In principle, we calculate the costs based on the time required, which may vary depending on the individual task profile. The smallest billing unit is 15 minutes at €29.99 gross during office hours, but more affordable full-day rates are also possible.

We specialize in Linux, which is why we cannot offer administrative support for Microsoft products. However, we have a range of partners who specialize in Microsoft products and are also active in our data center – we will be happy to put you in touch with them with no obligation.
