We guarantee a response within four hours during the day, even on weekends.
Of course, we are also happy to help you with general technical questions. And if the problem cannot be solved straight away or the right contact person is not available at the moment, we will be happy to call you back. All our support staff have in-depth knowledge of the relevant internet technologies and know our systems inside out. We also ensure this through regular in-house training.
We are available by phone and live chat from Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00p.m. Our support number is a regular local number; there are no additional costs for you. In emergencies, you can reach our on-call service at night and on weekends via an emergency number.
