In addition to our on-site technicians, our support staff are of course also available to you at any time by phone, email, or ticket. Here, too, we rely on qualified staff with many years of experience in the hosting business. For urgent problems, we will provide you with an emergency number so you can contact our on-call technicians directly day or night, 365 days a year.

Equipment

We can provide you with a fixed workstation with power supply and seating, as well as mobile KVM solutions for working on your systems. And if you ever need special — or more common — tools, our technicians will be happy to help. We have all the tools you might need.

Spare Parts

In addition to tools and assembly materials, we also keep a wide range of spare hardware in the data center. From cables and switches to fully pre-assembled computer systems, we are happy to help you out with hardware in an emergency.
