Colocation service

If you have rented at least half a cabinet (20 U, half rack) from us, up to three access cards (badges) are included. Using a personalized badge and PIN as well as biometric recognition (palm vein scanner), you can access your locker around the clock without having to contact us.

But even if you have only stored individual servers with us, you can access your hardware at any time accompanied by an Artfiles employee. This is also possible free of charge on weekdays (Mondays to Fridays except public holidays) between 09:00 and 17:00 for up to 30 minutes if you register at least 24 hours in advance and make an appointment. If it has to be quicker or the visit is to take place outside the specified time period, the same rules apply as for hands-on support.
