For each dedicated server, you receive remote access via KVM, a remote reset option and access to the DCP. In the DCP, you will find detailed traffic statistics and configuration options, for example for monitoring your servers, firewall functions or our domain robot.
In addition, the DCP gives you access to our ticket system, which you can use to communicate directly and transparently with our technical support, accounting or sales department at any time.
Of course, you also receive optional backup space for your server in our storage network.

Technical support

Our support is available to you free of charge for all questions about your server, your contract and also for general technical questions. You can reach our technical supporters, all of whom are trained computer scientists with many years of experience in the hosting sector, via our ticket system, by e-mail or directly by telephone. We do not have call centers or non-specialist employees.

Always ready

As even the best hardware can fail at some point, we always have replacement hardware available. We do not rely on the warranty services of our suppliers, but make our own provisions. We can also usually implement extensions to your servers or other requests very promptly.
In order to be able to react quickly to problems at any time, we maintain a round-the-clock technical standby service. With a corresponding SLA, you will receive a direct line to this on-call service via an emergency number.
