Root server technology

With our dedicated servers, we offer the platform for server operation according to your requirements. We provide the hardware and infrastructure and you can concentrate fully on your project.
We can equip your server with various operating systems on request - from Windows Server to various Linux distributions to OpenBSD.
Of course, we can also provide special configurations at any time.

We offer Dell server hardware and also Supermicro hardware for special projects, all of which meet the highest quality requirements. Our dedicated servers are either special rack servers or blade servers that are operated as modules in so-called blade centers. This ensures optimum operating conditions and ease of maintenance.

For your dedicated server, we guarantee an annual average availability of at least 99% for the hardware and 99.9% for the network. Of course, we also offer more extensive service level agreements (SLAs) on request, e.g. for high availability solutions.

We host your servers in Hamburg in the Artfiles data center W408 or in the Lumen Colocation. We have a redundant network connection at both locations. We can connect your servers to our internal network at up to 10 Gbit/s, with a total bandwidth of more than 80 Gbit/s available via various carriers and exchange points.
On request, we can equip your servers with a redundant power supply for a small additional charge - this is always included with blade servers.

We are also happy to help you with special requests. Whether you need your own virtual LANs, high-availability solutions (also across different locations) or even unusual hardware configurations - we can offer you sophisticated and tried-and-tested solutions.
