Always Available for You

No matter what kind of support you need, you can always rely on us to be available around the clock. Non-urgent inquiries can be submitted via a ticket in your DCP (Domain Control Panel), ensuring they are immediately forwarded to the appropriate contact person. We guarantee a response within four hours during the day, even on weekends.

Of course, we are also happy to assist you with general technical questions. And if a problem cannot be resolved immediately or the appropriate contact person is temporarily unavailable, we will gladly call you back. All our support staff have in-depth knowledge of the relevant internet technologies and know our systems inside out. We also ensure this through regular in-house training.

We are available by phone and live chat Monday to Friday from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Outside these hours, including nights and weekends, you can reach us via an emergency number. Our support hotline is a standard local telephone number, so there are no additional charges for you.
