No matter what form of support you need, you can always rely on us to be available around the clock. Inquiries that are not time-critical can be sent via a ticket from your DCP (Domain Control Panel) so that they are immediately forwarded to the right contact person. We guarantee a response within four hours during the day, even at weekends.

Of course, we are also happy to help you with general technical questions. And if the problem cannot be solved straight away or the right contact person is not available at the moment, we will be happy to call you back. All our support staff have in-depth knowledge of the relevant Internet technologies and know our systems inside out. We also ensure this through regular in-house training.

We are always available by phone and live chat from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 22:00, and at night and at weekends via an emergency number. Our support number is a normal local telephone number; there are no additional costs for you.
