When developing our own systems, we rely on Python and Perl, as our technical platforms are based entirely on Linux systems. Additional know-how in the use of an object-oriented programming language such as Java or a a C-based programming language can be helpful, but is not a prerequisite for employment.

As a system administrator or technical employee, you will administer parts of our infrastructure, such as our Linux/Unix routers, switches, and servers and share responsibility for the operation of the services we offer (web, mail and DNS servers). We require knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL for the administration of databases.

For the trouble-free operation of our own data center and our suites in various Hamburg data centers, the constant and professional maintenance of the air conditioning systems and power supply is essential. As a technician in the field of IT or air conditioning and electrical engineering, you will ensure that these systems are set, monitored and adjusted. But the installation, removal and conversion of servers, switches and other hardware is also part of our data center technicians' everyday work. You will also plan and carry out conversion and expansion work in the data center.

Of course, even an IT company cannot function without employees from the commercial sector, who take care of customer service, purchasing and sales or accounting. If you excel in one of these areas and also have an affinity for Internet technology and IT, we are the right employer for you.

We are also often looking for new employees for our technical customer service. The job as an IT support specialist is particularly interesting for beginners and students. If you have a basic knowledge of IT, you will help our customers with simple problems after an appropriate training period or you will pass them on to the right second-level support specialist.
