Our customers are important to us. That's why support by email, support ticket, chat or even personally on the phone is important to us. No matter how you want to contact us, you can be sure that you will always reach trained staff. It doesn't matter whether you approach us with a simple question or a complex issue. We will be happy to help you.

Tickets / e-mail support

You can contact us for all matters relating to your contract with Artfiles via a support ticket from the DCP or by e-mail. We process all tickets Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00 and at weekends from 09:00 to 22:00. Our aim is to respond to all tickets within four hours. For most issues, however, you will receive an answer much faster.
Each ticket is assigned a ticket number. You can view open and closed tickets in the DCP under "Support". There you also have the option of writing replies to a ticket. Of course, you can also reply to tickets by e-mail.

Telephone support

Our telephone support is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00. You can reach our support team on the Hamburg telephone number +49 40 3202729-0. In most cases, you will have an employee on the phone directly and without a long waiting loop who can help you with your request. If this is not the case, you will be forwarded to a suitable employee or called back at short notice.
If you really cannot reach anyone on the phone, you can leave a message on our answering machine and we will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also open a ticket via your DCP.

Chat support

In addition to our support by phone or ticket, we have set up a support chat. You can also reach this from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 22:00. In our support chat you can reach employees from all departments, so that you can ask all questions about contracts, invoices and all other matters and problems relating to your Artfiles products there.
You can of course reach the same employees in our support chat that you can reach on the phone.
