Our colocation technicians are always on hand to provide you with help and advice. Our staff all have technical training and several years of professional experience in order to meet our high standards of product and service quality.
In addition to our on-site technicians, our support staff are of course also available to you at any time by phone, email or ticket. Here, too, we rely on qualified staff with many years of experience in the hosting business. For urgent problems, we will provide you with an emergency number where you can contact our on-call technicians directly day and night, 365 days a year.

Equipment

We can provide you with a fixed workstation with power supply and seating as well as mobile KVM solutions for working on your systems. And if you ever need special (or not so special) tools, our technicians will be happy to help. We have all the tools you may need.

Spare parts

In addition to tools and assembly materials, we also keep a wide range of replacement hardware in the data center; from cables and switches to completely pre-assembled computer systems, we are happy to help you out with hardware in an emergency.
